Reservations:
- Booking and Deposit: Valid credit card required at time of booking.
- Deposit is equivalent to the rate for a single night stay.
- Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival (deposit forfeited if not submitted on time)
- Damage Deposit: $1000 CAD - due upon check-in
Conditions:
- Smoking: No
- Pets: No
- Check-in: 3 PM (PST)
- Check-out: 10:00 AM (PST)
- Minimum stay:
- Winter Prime - 7 nights
- Regular Winter - 5 nights
- Summer Prime - 5 nights
- Other - 3 nights
Cancellation:
- More than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit is refunded less a $100 CAD administration fee.
- Less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, one night’s deposit will be forfeited, unless replacement booking can be found for the same dates.
- Less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, cost of entire booking will be forfeited unless replacement booking can be found for the same dates.
- No refund for early departure.
